SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $14.00.
We deliver to any address in Australia, including PO Box addresses. We use Australia Post eParcel service for all deliveries within Australia and you can expect your order within two to seven business days of order placement, depending on the destination. Deliveries to regional areas may take longer. All orders are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
Bulky Items
Any items marked as bulky items, or outside the Australia Post guidelines, will be charged according to size, weight and destination. Upon receiving your order we will contact you to inform you of any additional costs. Your order will not be processed until we have confirmed a total cost price for you.
International Orders
If your order is to be shipped to a destination other than Australia please email us at gypsyrosebazaar@gmail.com
Delivery
Generally deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excluded). If there is no one available to receive the parcel Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.
